Getting your HOME ready to Sell…

1. PRICE is the first and most important factor. Anything will sell at the right price. I will prepare a free Comparitive Market Analysis (CMA) for you. This will give you a range of where your house falls based on the most recent solds in your area. The lower you can price your home in this range, the faster it will sell.

2. CONDITION is another important factor. Buyers start looking at your home the minute they drive up. While the Buyer's Agent is getting the key out of the lock box, the buyer is checking out your door mat, your door, your landscaping. So, landscape your yard, replace any yellowed switch plates or receptacles. Update old light fixtures and faucets. Lastly, make all repairs.

3. HOME STAGING is the act of preparing a private residence prior to it going up for sale. I offer this service to all of my new clients. We ensure your furniture is positioned correctly for the room. We look at picture and accessory placement - room by room.
